Product description:

The soaking plate is a vacuum chamber with a fine inner wall, usually made of copper.When heat by heat conduction to the evaporation zone, the cooling liquid in the cavity in low vacuum environment begin to produce after heated coolant gasification phenomenon, the absorption heat and rapid expansion volume, gas phase of the cooling medium quickly filled the entire cavity, when the gas phase working medium come into contact with a colder area will produce the phenomenon of condensation.By means of condensation, the heat accumulated during evaporation is released, and the condensed coolant is returned to the evaporative heat source by means of capillary channels in the microstructure. This operation is repeated in the chamber.

Product usage:

Thermal board is mainly used in mobile phones, computers, servers, video CARDS, and so on, play a role in cooling.

Etching process:

Material opening → cleaning plate → dry film or coating → drying → exposure → development → drying → etching → stripping → detection of packaging -- finished product shipment.
