Adjustment of bearing clearance:


1. Adjust by adding or removing the adjusting gasket between the bearing cover and the frame.A set of soft material (mild steel sheet or elastic paper) gaskets shall be filled between the bearing end cover and the bearing seat end face;During the adjustment, the bearing end cover shall be installed without gasket at first, and the screw on the bearing end cover shall be tightened evenly on one side, while the shaft shall be rotated by hand until the bearing roller contacts the outer ring and there is no gap inside the shaft;At this point, the clearance between the end cover of the bearing and the end face of the bearing seat is measured, plus the axial clearance required by the normal operation of the bearing;This is the total thickness of the gasket to be filled, and then the prepared gasket is filled between the end cover of the bearing and the end face of the bearing seat to tighten the screw.


2. Use the screw mounted on the bearing cover to push the gland pressed on the outer ring of the bearing to adjust.Adjustment of gear position: because the installation form of gear and shaft mostly adopts one end as shaft shoulder or step positioning, and the other end mainly adopts spacer, so the position of gear can only be adjusted by adding or subtracting the length of spacer.
